Team Entry
To enter, you need to do three things:
Register your team by completing this form.
Pay the $40 per person. This covers lunch for each team member on the day.
Have $600 in the Team Manager's TAB account by 5pm, Thursday 12 November 2026. this is your team's starting balance for the competition.
Teams and accounts
Teams can have up to 3 members, including the Team Manager.
The Team Manager registers the team and funds the starting balance, so they need an identity-verified TAB account. Teammates can use a TAB or betcha account. Only one online TAB Account can be used per team.
All entrants must be 18+, live in New Zealand, and not be self-excluded or on a "Take a Break" with TAB.
You must bet at least $50 on every Addington race on Show Day, or your team will be disqualified. If you balance drops below $50, put the whole remaining balance on the next race.
Prizes are paid to the Team Manager, who is responsible for sharing them with the teammates. Bonus cash is a promotional product (not actual cash) and is subject to TAB's promotional terms and conditions.
On the day
Beverages are available to purchase at the cashless bar. Self-service Bet and Collect terminals will also be available, so you can bet on the Show Day Races or other race meetings outside the Punters Challenge.
