The Cup Day Fashion Competition is on a mission to find the country's best dressed.
It's your chance to bring your boldest, most polished look to Addington Raceway and compete for the title in front of a panel of judges.
Whatever your style, there's a category for you. Go all out in Best Dressed and showcase a complete, standout look. Sharpen up in Best Suited and bring tailoring to the forefront. Or make a statement in our NEW category Power of Colour, where colourful outfits will be celebrated.
So, what are you waiting for?! Have some fun, get dressed up and you could be crowned Canterbury's Best Dressed or Best Suited and enjoy some incredible prizes.

Celebrates smart, stylish use of colour to create a considered, fabulous look.
How to enter:
To enter, all you need is a ticket to Go Media NZ Trotting Cup Day.
We're accepting pre-registrations online by completing the form below, or register in person on Tuesday 10th November at the Fashion Marquee in the Public Village.
Once registered, present yourself to the judges between 11am and 12 noon for your turn on the runway.
Winners will be announced from the presentation area, with the exact timing confirmed once the race fields are finalised.
Online registrations close 11:59pm Sunday 8th November 2026.
